The 40th Street Residence in Ft Lauderdale features a one story home design remodel with unique architectural appointments, outstanding included features, and hundreds of personalized options offered to the homeowner. The final product became a very minimalistic but expressive design that allowed for the space itself to become the main attraction. The design style used brought the home to the present and we gave it a new modern twist.
